Navigating the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
President Obama's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) http://www.recovery.gov/ signed into law February 17, 2009, will provide billions of dollars to improve education in the United States.

Funding under this Act is going to come down to the states quickly, must be expended swiftly and accounted for thoroughly.
